What are my payment options?

Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required in order to schedule your installation. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation and most importantly, when you are satisfied with the final product.
Is your lighting system high voltage?
Absolutely not. Our system is low voltage, averaging 12 watts.
How do I control the lights on my Lanai Bright LED lighting system?
You have two options – you can use our remote control or download our Lanai Bright app on any smart device.
How long does an average installation typically take?
Our average installation takes one business day.
Is your company licensed and insured?
Yes, we are licensed and insured. Our license number is EC13004060.
Do you sub-contract out your labor?
No. Our installation crew are employees of our company.
Do I need to be home during installation?
No. Our crew does not need access to the inside of your home.
